I don’t know about Adsterra but I have used 7searchppc as an AdWords alternative, they provide the cheapest PPC Services & High-quality Traffic. 7SearchPPC is a global self-service online advertising AdSense Alternative network platform for media buyers, ad networks, and publishers. So, because I have used it, I recommend 7search PPC as an AdSense alternative.
Adsterra is a scam, they fool publishers and pay very low. What you have in the table doesn’t correspond to reality, the reality is you get around 2$ per 95000 impressions and they dont care how much you have, they will pay you less than a dollar even for ±60000 impressions. Scam Scam Scam!
I guess you can never trust ‘independent’ reviews on random website. Have you guys been paid for it?
Safe Ads? Really?
Adsterra might not be a scam and might bring high CPMs, but if you are a publisher and value your users coming back to your website, no CPM is worth it.
The moment we’ve implemented the ads, the entire site was taken over by fake malware/virus warnings it was almost impossible to get out. The pop-ups and redirects covered the website so well, they essentially prevented the user from ever seeing anything on your website and they get scared away very effectively. I have to admit, they were pretty convincing too!
I thought maybe they got hacked and reported it to my ‘account manager’. She has calmly replied the ‘ads’ are not ‘malicious’ and if I want, she can remove them from my account, but not to expect high CPMs after…. WTF!

Not only your users will never come back, your site will be downgraded in search engines and in a short time, you will have no one to show the ads too…
I feel Very bad Paulinka.
some of my friends also said about this about malware ads. But I used this network on our high traffic freebies site and made over 10,000 USD without any issue.
But One thing i want to say, These days many ad networks show malware ads mostly in popup ads. and also they use mobile redirection without notifying publisher. That is the very bad thing.
But i seen that thing happen with low traffic website. so i always saying that Don;t use CPM’s Ads in low traffic websites.
